With such an amazing year and experience to share, our residents got to meet our Watermark Kid, Elizabeth! Elizabeth came to meet our residents at The Fountains and shared her story. From her childhood, to her passion to riding to what it felt like when she won Gold at the Special Olympics for Equine in Ocala this past March and even shared some of her personal poetry with the group. Residents were enthralled to learn her story and congratulate her. We were able to also present her with a memorabilia from all her supporters here at The Fountains with a photo we took for her on Autism Awareness Day.
We are so proud of Elizabeth. As she stated and when residents gave advice to her, they reiterated, never stop doing what you love and always follow your dreams!
